Is accessibility an area of focus for you?

How do you currently address accessibility with ON24 and what sorts of features/enhancements would help reach your accessibility goals?

We utilize closed captioning both for live webinars and on-demand. I have also built a significant list of auto-captioning fixes so our folks reading the captions are actually seeing what is being said as accurately as possible.


In addition to closed captions, the media player and slide windows are locked on the screen, and we allow all windows to be resized to the attendee’s preference. We also use templates and keep windows in the same place, and widgets in a specific order on the tray. Would love to hear what others do, as well. Thanks for introducing this topic, Rachel.
